If entering a box number, please enter it in one of the following formats:

Town/City, Province, Postal Code

PO Box #

Town/City, Province, Postal Code

RR#

Town/City, Province, Postal Code

The payment platform may produce an error message if the postal code address is entered incorrectly.

1.2 Why am I seeing an error message at checkout?

The payment portal is very sensitive to the accuracy of the shipping address entered.
